Equipment description

1. The equipment operator places the outer magnetic steel on the belt line as required, and the outer magnetic inner sleeve and outer magnetic outer sleeve are respectively poured into the corresponding material box of the equipment.

2. The equipment screens and arranges the parts to the position to be grabbed through belt line and vibration disk.

3. The equipment grabs the outer magnetic inner sleeve, outer magnetic steel and outer magnetic outer sleeve into the corresponding tooling by grabbing the claw (or other ways).

4. The equipment automatically presses three assembled parts and detects the height.

5. After assembly, the external magnetic group will automatically enter the blanking channel and put into the container.
